Julian is a young artist, action-researcher, and advocate for individual and collective transformation. He actively collaborates with communities worldwide dedicated to social and environmental justice. Rooted in a supportive upbringing that nurtured his curiosity and openness to diverse cultures and languages, Julian also has a formal background in business and economics. This unique blend has shaped his purpose: to contribute to peace, unity, and the wellbeing of all.

In his teenage years and early twenties, Julian channeled his passion for testing limits as a semi-professional mountain biker and snowboarder. He co-founded and led a racing team while working with brands in public relations and key account management. Through these experiences, he developed a reputation for authenticity and building close connections with people and communities.

Inspired by his intuition, the individuals he meets, and the work of thought leaders such as Otto Scharmer, Arawana Hayashi, and Lars Muhl, Julian now dedicates himself to supporting self and community development through an awareness-based approach. His work spans his hometown of Villach, Austria, and extends internationally, including engagements in Africa, Switzerland, and global online spaces.

With a deep connection to both - the Inner, and the external tangible nature - Julian draws on his empathy, curiosity, and intuition to co-create and collaborate in social arts projects and support and accompany organizations, communities and people in transformation processes. Currently, he is co-founding SOL, an NGO committed to advancing consciousness and cultural evolution, while pursuing a master’s degree in business and economics. His studies focus on fostering coherent collective action for eco-social transformation, with Villach as a hub for this work.
